planning system to help you decide what will fit in your new space. This
floor plan becomes the blue print for the move. |

• After you determine what is best to take to your
new home, what will fit, what will be needed. We coordinate the timing of
the move with your new residence. |

• We assure that all services are ready before you
arrive. If you have special medical needs our staff nurse and geriatric care
manager can assure that your plan of care is followed and all the needed
equipment and services are available. |

• We notify the post office, utilities, phone and
newspaper of your new address and to turn on services at your new home and
shut off the services at your old home. |

• We assure that your prescriptions are transferred
to the new pharmacy and that your insurance company, Motor Vehicles, Taxing
entity, Social Security and other important contacts are notified of your
new address. |

• We will oversee every aspect of the movement of
your possessions. |

• We will disperse what you do not want to take
with you in the manner that you have chosen. |

• We will set up your new home...right down to
making the bed and setting the clocks. |
